James T. Lutz, M.D. is a board certified occupational medicine specialist. He has been performing immigration exams for nearly 20 years. He has been an independent medical examiner since 1999, and has performed over 7000 independent medical examinations and an even greater number of medical file reviews for cases related to personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, insurance claims and medical malpractice. Dr. Lutz is well versed in the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Partial Impairment and provides expert witness testimony related to all independent medical exams and medical file reviews.
James T. Lutz, M.D. is a Cincinnati native. He is a proud graduate of St. Xavier High School and the University of Cincinnati, where he earned bachelors degrees in both Biology and Spanish. He graduated from Wright State Medical School, completed a family practice residency at Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati, and a fellowship in occupational medicine at the University of Cincinnati. He also completed the course in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology presented by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
